The Mounts

We have bred and schooled nearly all the horses used on our trecks, to ensure your comfort and safety. They range from 11.2h ponies to 16.2h thoroughbreds, so that suitable mounts are assured for all ages, whether novice or experienced.

The Treck

We ride out from our farm at about 10.30am and take a different route each day over the hills surrounding the Elan Valley or along the River Wye, using metalled roads as little as possible. The trecks are always conducted by experienced guides who are pleased to give basic instructions to novices.
